We are currently looking for a **Governance & Supplier Management Officer** to support our growing operations in the **Support Center** department.

**Job Specification**
- Management of the relationship with suppliers and facilitate service reviews including the adoption of consistent SLAs, metrics, and reporting
- Take ownership of the supplier contract framework to ensure that all material required aspects for effective supplier controls and steering as per best practice are covered including KPI, SLAs, audit rights and escalation/problem resolution.
- Hold the repository of all relevant supplier agreements and supporting documents
- Support various committees within Apex on all areas of governance and supplier management including defining the agenda for relevant committees and generating quality of content and ensuring follow-up of any committee decisions
- Perform risk & materiality assessment, initial and ongoing due diligences on suppliers
- Maintain a centralised dashboard with key data to support the management board of Apex Fund Services
- Review and promote changes to the existing processes, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements with respect to outsourced activities
- Knowledge about the fund and legal structures environment in Luxembourg
- Ability to multi-task, well organised and able to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent numeracy, analytical and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with both business and technical departments
- Good analytic and problem-solving skills, able to deliver pragmatic solutions
- Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
- Fluent English (French, German or any other language would be considered as a plus)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in accounting or Finance would be considered an asset
- Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
