**Your missions**
- You will assess the family governance structures of clients and potential clients, providing guidance on the establishment of a family charter, creation and oversight of a family council or board of directors, and facilitating coordination between various family members and their advisors.
- You will execute the strategic investment and operational plan.
- Leveraging your expertise, you will manage legal and tax-related matters and present practical solutions in comprehensive wealth planning.
- You will contribute to the generation of diverse client deliverables, including consolidated reports, asset allocation exercises, portfolio analyses, investment opportunity assessments, evaluations of private equity portfolios, and family charters, among others.
- You will stay updated on financial-technical, estate planning/structuring, and family governance topics, sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
- Building and maintaining a network of trusted external partners (fiduciaries, notaries, advisors, etc.), and coordinating their involvement as needed.

**Your ideal profile**
- Hold a master's degree in law, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a family office or a private bank.
- Demonstrate familiarity with family governance, legal, tax, and structuring considerations in various European jurisdictions.
- Recognized for your exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and you thrive as a team player with a focus on achieving results.
- Basic knowledge of investment concepts and practices in both traditional (asset allocation, equities, bonds, gold, etc.) and alternative assets (private equity, private debt, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
- Display an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English & French. The knowledge of any additional language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, etc.) being a valuable asset.
- Regular travels are required.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
