Financial Controller

**Key responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage the working capital components of the business, in particular cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and taxes
- Analytical analysis of revenues and support to Client service and Management
- Monitor and review performance against budgets/forecasts, including preparation of regular reports to senior management
- Prepare rolling forecasts of profit/loss, balance sheets and cash flows
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reports
- Prepare and analyse the regulatory reporting
- Reviewing systems and procedures to ensure adequate business controls are in place and company policy is adhered to
- Undertake the annual audit and prepare the statutory financial accounts in accordance with local regulations
- Develop the annual plan, including production of budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans
- Ad Hoc requests from senior management team
- Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires
**Skills required**
- Degree from a Business school in Economics or Accounting / Finance or equivalent educational background
- “ACCA” or “Bilanzbuchhalter” would be an asset
- At least 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting or audit
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Financial Controlling, from financial / banking sector
- Fluent written and spoken English, German would be an asset
