**What you will be working on**:

- **Project Execution & Management**
- Take ownership of assigned marketing campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis.
- **Social Media Stakeholder Training**
- Train and guide internal stakeholders on social media best practices, ensuring alignment with brand standards and effective engagement strategies.
- **Social Media Campaigns (SMM/SMA)**
- Develop, plan, and execute targeted social media campaigns, including both organic and paid strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
- **Content Research & Brand Monitoring**
- Conduct competitive and industry content research to support ongoing brand initiatives, providing insights that enhance brand positioning.
- Monitor brand presence and sentiment across digital channels, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- **Advanced Reporting & Analytics**
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Supermetrics, and Adobe Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating data-driven insights and impact.
- **Content Creation for Digital Channels**
- Assist in developing content across digital channels, contributing to brand messaging consistency and engagement.
- **Market Insights & Trend Analysis**
- Analyze industry trends and gather market insights to identify potential opportunities, informing strategy updates and identifying growth areas.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**
- Oversee paid advertisement initiatives, specifically on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, with a focus on budget management, audience targeting, and performance metrics.

**What we look for**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years in digital marketing, with proven experience in managing projects and executing campaigns independently.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.

**Technical Skills & Tools**:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and reporting tools such as Supermetrics.
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising on LinkedIn, Meta, and ideally Google Ads.
- Skilled in social media management and digital content creation.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent project management abilities, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and campaign elements.
- Analytical mindset, adept at using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
