Role: Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Type: Hybrid (2 - 3 day per week on-site)

Languages: fluency in English (C2 minimum)

Key Responsabilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Support project teams by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation for projects, including workflows and user stories.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Must have Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software development, or related domains.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Fluency in English (C2 minimum)

Preferable Skills:

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with SQL or basic data querying techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Fluency in Fench and/or Dutch (C1 level)
