Intern - Compliance, PMO Associate (f/m/d)

**Your area of work**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO Support Intern will assist the Project Manager with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project operations and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within the compliance remit.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes, etc.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Data Entry: Input and update project-related data in various systems and databases.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and other documentation as required. Coordination: Help coordinate project activities, track progress, and
- up on action items.
- Research: Conduct research on project-related topics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support: Provide general support to the PMO team as needed.

**Your profile**:

- You must be enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g. Business Studies, Project Management, information technology, or a related field), can provide an internship agreement and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of Project Management Professional (PMP) basics or PMP certified
- Good understanding of developing IT products in an Agile environments and/or Agile Certification.
- Commitment, ability to work independently, attention to detail.
