**Marketing Manager (H/F)**:
Siège social - Pommerloch (Nord)

En tant que **Marketing Manager**, vous êtes le chef d’orchestre de notre stratégie marketing multicanale et digitale et vous reportez directement au Country Director. Votre objectif ?

Créer des expériences clients mémorables, générer des ventes et surtout maintenir Delhaize **au top de l’attractivité**.

**Vos missions**:

- Construire et déployer la **stratégie marketing globale** pour renforcer la notoriété et générer du trafic.
- Piloter nos **campagnes commerciales et promotionnelles**, analyser les résultats et optimiser en continu.
- Rayonner sur tous les canaux : réseaux sociaux, newsletters, site web, presse
- Superviser la création de **contenus engageants et différenciants**.
- Utiliser la **data client** pour personnaliser nos actions et booster la fidélité.
- Améliorer chaque jour l’**expérience client** (rien de figé, toujours en mouvement).
- Gérer et optimiser le **budget marketing**.
- Collaborer de près avec les équipes commerciales, la direction et nos partenaires externes.
- Encadre, motiver et développer une équipe marketing dynamique, en fixant des **objectifs clairs**, en stimulant la **créativité** et en accompagnant chaque collaborateur dans sa **progression**.
- Assurer la bonne **organisation** et la **montée en compétences** de l’équipe, tout en favorisant un esprit collaboratif et une culture orientée **résultats**.
- Jouer un rôle de **mentor** et de **facilitateur** : vous savez inspirer, fédérer et créer les conditions qui permettent à chacun de donner le meilleur.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service marketing Delhaize Belgique et gérer la relation avec nos agences externes.
- ** Scruter le marché, analyser la concurrence et innover en permanence** pour garder notre longueur d’avance.

**Votre profil**:

- Un diplôme Master (ou équivalent via expérience),
- Minimum 5 ans à 7 d’expérience en marketing, idéalement dans le retail.
- Une première expérience réussie en tant que Manager.
- Une maîtrise solide des outils CRM et de la data (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Une expertise en SEO/SEM et réseaux sociaux.
- Du leadership, de la créativité et un vrai sens stratégique.
- La capacité de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps, sans perdre votre énergie.
- Une communication au top (français/anglais indispensables ; l’allemand et le luxembourgeois sont des plus).
