**The Opportunity**

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management in defined departments. In this role the HRBP acts as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. You will also act as employee champion and change agent. In the day-to-day business, the HRBP continuously assesses and anticipates HR related needs, therefore the HR BP:

- Coordinate activities along the employee lifecycle (recruitment, hiring, moves, disciplinary activities, exits) in collaboration with managers of your scope.
- Works directly with department and people managers.
- Acts as the first point of contact for associates asking for HR assistance and support.
- Ensure HR policies, internal procedures and important labor law aspects are understood and followed.
- Actively works on performance management related tasks, Recruitment, Salary planning and other HR projects/assignments.
- Work closely with the HR Shared service center to ensure that all administrative requirements are dealt with in ‘excellence’.

At least 3 years of experience & knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.

- Good knowledge of Luxemburgish labor law is an advatange
- Strong analytical skills with ability to gather, extract and analyze data

- Well organized and pro-active
