- Position based in **Lintgen (Luxembourg)** with a planned move end of 2025 to our brand-new **Industry 4.0 site in Bissen**
- Enjoy **high autonomy in the field**, with **home office possible (in compliance with legal regulations)** and **travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland** (company vehicle included)

- ** Actively contribute** to the expansion of our **Rotarex Ceodeux** product range and the regional sales strategy
- ** Develop and grow** your market by combining account management with new business opportunities

**Your mission**:
As Sales Manager DACH, you will be the **face of Rotarex** in **Germany, Austria, and Switzerland**.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
- Winning new customers across the region
- Traveling regularly to meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions
- Using our CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools to manage opportunities and collaborate with colleagues
- Delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and opportunities
- Consistently achieving (or exceeding) your sales targets
** Your profile**:
**Must have**:
- ** Proven sales experience** (ideally in the DACH region)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP
- Motivation and flexibility to travel regularly within the DACH region
- Fluency in **German and English** (French is a plus)
- A proven track record in business development
**Your mindset**:
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
- Comfortable **working independently** from a home office or **at our HQ** in Luxembourg
