Are you an experienced Oracle/Linux Expert with a passion for building secure, efficient, and high-performing IT environments? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our on-site team in Luxembourg and play a key role in ensuring robust database and middleware operations.
Key Responsibilities
**Oracle Database Administration**: Install, configure, and manage Oracle Database Servers (10gX to 19c).
**Advanced RAC & ASM Management**: Handle Clusterware, Grid Infrastructure, and disk configurations with precision.
**Middleware Expertise**: Administer Oracle WebLogic Server and optimize integrations with Oracle Grid/Cloud Control.
**Linux Environment Management**: Administer Red Hat and Oracle Enterprise Linux platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
**System Security & Automation**: Enhance kernel security, script automation, and implement system-level tuning strategies.
**Database Tuning & Backup**: Analyze execution plans, perform advanced tuning, and design RMAN backup strategies.
**Disaster Recovery**: Maintain robust recovery plans for both databases and middleware platforms.
**Development Support**: Collaborate with developers on API design and deployment, leveraging expertise in Angular 2, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server integration.
Your Profile
**Technical Expertise**:
7+ years of experience with Oracle databases (10gX to 19c).
Proven skills in Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN backups, and WebLogic Server administration.
Extensive Linux system management experience with scripting and automation.
Familiarity with Oracle Grid/Cloud Control for comprehensive system management.
**Development & Integration Skills**:
Proficiency in API development using C#.
Knowledge of Angular 2 and Microsoft SQL Server integration.
Certifications (preferred)
Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication in multicultural and international environments.
Fluency in English and/or French.
Eligibility & Security Clearance
Open to EU citizens only as a security clearance will be required.
