- We are currently hiring an _**_Product Owner Support (M/W/X)_**_ for _**_one of our customer._**
**Your missions**
- Supporting the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements.
- Administering agile tools.
- Providing project support to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyzing current (as-is) business processes and defining optimized (to-be) processes.
- Collaborating with business units to update operating procedures.
- Developing training materials and organizing training sessions.
- Tracking and following up on task statuses to ensure timely delivery.
- Performing other ad hoc tasks required for the success of digital initiatives.
**Your profile**
- You have a Bachelor / master’s degree in IT Management,
- Strong documentation and organizational skills,
- Experience with e-signature solutions and digital banking tools is a plus,
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint,
- You are proactive and detail-oriented,
- You are fluent in English, French or German is a real asset.
