Order Management Officer

- Order processing & amendments : Capturing and processing of incoming orders and changes to created orders based on customer requests/internal need
- Customer communication on orders & issues : Information exchange with customers on order receipt, confirmation, etc.
- Customs declarations (day-to-day) : Day-to-day management of the documentation and technical files required for import/export of goods
- Route settlement & logistics claims management : Confirmation of shipped versus received goods and processing of claims due to discrepancies
- Returns management : Recording of return requests, coordination with divisional functions to verify entitlement and communication to customer
- Customer communication on deliveries : Information exchange with customer warehouses on delivery dates, locations, etc.
Languages:
- A very good level in German is mandatory (fluent)
- Good level in English is also necessary
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
