**Jetfly**is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger, and operator experience€ that is truly beyond comparison. Also, a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet.
We are looking for a motivated and curious** intern** to support our **Ground Operations activities**. As part of the team, you will assist in daily tasks related to the coordination of ground services across Jetfly’s and this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of the aviation industry.
**Responsabilities**
- Assist in monitoring ground handling performance and collecting operational data from stations/airports.
- Support the selection, contracting, and performance tracking of Ground Service Providers.
- Help prepare internal reports, update databases, and create presentations.
- Participate in research and benchmarking projects related to airport services and partner performance.
- Contribute to the analysis and negotiation of contracts for services such as fueling, ground handling, towing, and storage.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on all ground handling and operational matters.
- Assist with the analysis of cost control data for ground handling and airport charges.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and optimizing the financial structure of ground operations.
- Perform various administrative tasks within the Ground Operations department.
**Profile**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aviation, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in aviation operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Excel, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and a team player.
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
