We are currently representing a highly regarded international law firm with a prominent presence in the Benelux region and key offices in **Amsterdam, Luxembourg, London, and New York.**

Our client advises a wide range of prestigious clients in the financial and corporate sectors. The Luxembourg office, consisting of a team of over **65 lawyers**, specializes in corporate and financial law, tax, intellectual property, regulatory matters, investment funds, and commercial litigation.

We are currently seeking a talented **Junior Funds Lawyer** to join their esteemed team in Luxembourg.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive regulatory and legal guidance on the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg alternative investment funds (AIFs) and UCITS.
- Offer assistance to Luxembourg management companies and AIFMs with their day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with US, UK, and EU-based fund managers on the structuring of Luxembourg funds and their expansion efforts in Europe.

**Profile**:
**Your Profile**:

- Possess a Master's degree in law, with an LL.M. considered an advantageous addition.
- ** Hold 1 to 3 years of experience within a reputable Luxembourg law firm, with a focus on private equity transactions and/or alternative funds (e.g., regulated and non-regulated private equity, debt, real estate, and infrastructure funds).**:

- Exhibit strong analytical and drafting skills, complemented by an open-minded, dynamic, and autonomous work approach.
- Thrive in a challenging, stimulating, and dynamic work environment, with a strong desire to progress and excel.
- Demonstrate exceptional teamwork abilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display a high level of proficiency in English.

**Previous law firm experience is essential for this position.**
