**Role Overview**

As a Regulatory Compliance officer, you’ll join our dynamic team, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. You'll support collaborations with AML/CTF Compliance, Fincrime Operations, ICT Governance, Legal, Engineers, and Product Managers, offering guidance and support, also for the innovation and introduction of new products and services.

Your mission:

- ** Regulatory analysis.** Identify, analyze, and monitor European regulatory obligations (especially in Luxembourg and Italy), official guidance, and market practices relevant to Satispay's business.
- ** Risk & gap assessment**. Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses across operations and products.
- ** Policy framework support**. Assist in managing internal policies, regulatory developments, manuals, and procedures.
- ** Monitoring & reviews**. Execute the Compliance Monitoring Program and thematic reviews, highlighting weaknesses and issuing follow-ups.
- ** Reporting to leadership**. Support the creation of compliance reports for senior management.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Compliance experience**. 3+ years in Compliance or Audit, ideally in a payment or e-money institution.
- ** EU regulatory knowledge**. Solid understanding of PSD2, DORA, AML, SEPA, and broader EU financial frameworks. (Bonus: GDPR, MiFID II).
- ** Cross-team communication**. Skilled at engaging with stakeholders across various business units.
- ** QA & monitoring**. Hands-on experience conducting compliance quality assurance and monitoring activities.
- ** Task management**. Strong ability to juggle high-priority tasks under pressure with attention to detail.
**Mindset & soft skills**. Curious, proactive, and communicative with strong problem-solving capabilities.
