Euro-Information International (EII) est l'entité Luxembourgeoise d'Euro-Information, filiale technologique du groupe Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.

Euro-Information International (EII) est spécialisée dans l'accompagnement des entités internationales du groupe (Europe, Asie, Amérique du Nord) actives dans les métiers de la banque de financement et d'investissement ou de la banque privée.

Dans ce contexte, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un-e Project Manager qui aura la charge de piloter un/ des projets du portefeuille projet EII, impliquant directement ou indirectement son périmètre fonctionnel et en veillant à garder une cohérence entre les besoins spécifiques des entités du groupe, les exigences des fonctions centrales et les objectifs de mutualisation de la plateforme.

Pour ce faire, vos différentes responsabilités seront de:

- Cadrer les objectifs et indicateurs clés de succès des projets définis en collaboration entre les entités du groupe et la direction Euro-Information / Euro-Information International.
- Contribuer au cadrage du projet afin de dessiner en collaboration avec les parties prenantes une solution permettant de maximiser la mutualisation tout en garantissant le respect des standards, les bonnes pratiques, et la conformité réglementaire de son domaine.
- Proposer une gouvernance et un planning afin de permettre le lancement concret du projet.
- Conduire le projet dans le respect de ses éléments structurants (périmètre, budget, délais, rôles et responsabilités, méthodologie, utilisation des outils projet) afin de garantir la bonne qualité des livrables et le bon déroulement du projet
- Participer à la réalisation du projet tout au long de son exécution en focalisant ses interventions sur les actions son domaine fonctionnel d'expertise afin de maximiser la valeur livrée aux utilisateurs.
- Identifier les dépendances et risques du projet, proposer des actions et rapporter l'information de manière synthétique aux parties prenantes afin de contrôler la bonne progression du projet.
- Diffuser les bonnes pratiques en termes de gestion de projets afin de sensibiliser les métiers au changement.

**Profil**:
Titulaire (f/m) d'un diplôme d'études supérieures en informatique, en ingénierie financière, en gestion ou en project management, vous disposez d'une expérience significative (5 à 10 ans) dans un domaine fonctionnel bancaire (Data ; Signalétique Clients ; Crédits ; ) & avez déjà pu mener des projets internationaux d'envergure.
- Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences communicationnelles.
- Vous savez vous montrer convaincant-e et rallier un public à votre cause tout en cherchant le consensus.
- Vous savez documenter un besoin et le retranscrire en spécifications techniques.
- Vous disposez de certifications en gestion de projet.
- Vous n'avez pas peur de voyager dans le cadre de votre travail.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement l'anglais (C1).

Pour information, un extrait du casier judiciaire de moins de 2 mois vous sera demandé avant la conclusion de tout contrat de travail.
