**User Support Officer**
- Reference : IT/Sup/4006
- Tasks and responsibilities:
- Your main goal is to maximize the productivity of the company by providing reactive but also proactive IT support to your colleagues.
- You are responsible operating a European user-oriented service-desk organization, aligned to the corporate and local demands.
- o Coordination with external service providers/contractors
- o Dispatching of the user IT equipment (PC/phone/printer)
- o Watchguard contracts and usage (e.g. phone utilization, licensing)
- o Implement / Upgrade of the technical IT sourcing
- o Preventive problem solving to minimize business and user impact
- o Monitoring the IT setup and landscape
- You build and maintain strong and effective internal relationships to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, to maximize the performance of the group. You train and coach users
- Profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree-oriented IT, and you have min 2 years of experience in a similar position
- You are fluent in English. Any other language spoken in an customer operation considered an advantage e.g. German, French
- You have a general business process understanding, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- You can approach challenges with a diagnostic approach and are able to find new solutions to difficult IT and business problems
- You believe in the power of collaboration

- You respect your engagements.
