Arendt Services, which is part of Arendt & Medernach, the largest law firm in Luxembourg, is regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) and operates under the status of Professional of Financial Sector (“PSF”).

Arendt Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies.

Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:
**Information Security Officer & Cloud Officer**:
**Your role**:
As Information Security Officer & Cloud Officer in our company, you will have the opportunity to join the Information Technology & Robotics department. You will be responsible for the security and use of cloud services and infrastructure of:

- Participate to information security risk assessments
- Contribute to security gap analysis for suppliers in line with CSSF requirements
- Assist with providing feedback to client’s due diligence requests
- Implement information security controls and execute periodical tests
- Contribute to development and implementation of security architecture and the design of security services and process.
- Assist in the day-to-day follow-up of Information Security events (incidents, user requests, etc)
- Ensure compliancy of cloud resource usage in adherence with of the CSSF regulations
- Continuous monitoring of the cloud resources use and ensure they are properly managed with skilled and trained staff
- Align and control Cloud resource usage with internal security standards, internal policies and regulation
- Work actively with Internal Audit / CISO/ DPO and technical resources on ongoing and future cloud projects.
- Maintain a high level of procedural documentation

**Your profile**:
Hard skills
- You have at least 4 years’ experience in information security;
- Knowledgeable with PSF regulation constraints (especially 20/750 & 22/806 circulars)
- Strong technological background around Microsoft Azure and M365 solutions
- Experience with cloud security

Soft skills
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
- Provide a sense of leadership
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Assertively and empathy with colleagues
- Conflict and dispute resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- You have ideally a first experience working on GDPR or Data Protection matter
- You would like to gain international experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- You are seen as rigorous, proactive with good communication skills
