Arbeitszweck
Lösung aller Rechnungsstreitigkeiten, um rechtzeitig und effizient alle Zahlungshindernisse zu beseitigen.
Verwaltung aller Arten von Streitigkeiten (Preis, Qualität, Vertragsstrafen und andere).
Sicherstellen, dass wir das Niveau unseres Kundenservices korrekt messen.
Ihre Aufgaben sind- Verwaltung von Rechnungsstreitigkeiten: Verwaltung von Streitigkeiten mit Kunden, z. B. in Bezug auf Preis, Menge oder Vertragsstrafen- Verwaltung von Vertragsstrafen: Interaktion mit Kunden in Bezug auf Vertragsstrafen, die aufgrund von verspäteter oder nicht erfolgter Lieferung von Waren erhoben werden- Erkennen Sie alle Engpässe und sorgen Sie dafür, dass diese behoben werden. Weitergabe aller diesbezüglichen Informationen an die betroffenen internen und externen Stellen- Beschreiben und Ausführen aller kundenspezifischen Liefer
- und Rechnungsdokumente- Kundenservice-Level: Beachten Sie das Feedback verschiedener interner Stakeholder, um den am besten geeigneten Grund für die Nichtlieferung der Waren an unsere Kunden zuzuordnen
Fähigkeiten und Ausbildung, die wir suchen- Perfekte Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache zwingend erforderlich, Englisch Konversationsniveau (min. B1) und Französisch wird als Plus angesehen- MS- Office: Gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Word, Outlook- SAP-Kenntnisse werden als Vorteil angesehen- Kenntnisse der Buchhaltung und der rechtlichen Grundlagen der Rechnungsstellung sind ein Plus
