**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SQL/Python Data Expert to join a dynamic team working on data-driven solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and project leaders to design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Participate in project meetings to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate relevant data sources to address specific business needs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to assess data quality and relevance.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable data pipelines to retrieve and integrate data.
- Develop and maintain technical components supporting the full lifecycle of statistical and machine learning models.
- Build solutions to process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and clarity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data engineering or data science roles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python in a data-focused environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning models, especially for forecasting.
- Experience with modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Dagster or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies in the DevSecOps landscape.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.

Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
