Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, logistics, or other quantitative discipline from an accredited university - 5+ years’ experience in cross-functional and international project management, handling complex change initiatives - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Ability to travel up to 20%

Amazon's Social Responsibility program drives customer trust, business continuity, and sustainable social impact by embedding respect for human rights and the environment throughout Amazon’s entire value chain. We implement company-wide standards and commitments such as our Global Human Rights Principles (GHRP) and Supply Chain Standards (SCS). We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.

The Business Strategy and Integration (BSI) team that sits withing the greater WWSR team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to operate as a strategic leader for our key operations businesses.

You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with numerous internal Social Responsibility teams, Operations, Procurement vendors.

We are looking for a customer-and employee-obsessed program manager with a strong track record of delivering results and proven project or change management experience.
- Please note that this role can be based out of the London or Luxembourg office

Key job responsibilities
- Defining strategies and owning the delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestones
- Establishing KPIs to effectively track progress, and integrating sustainability objectives in supplier performance and relationship management.
- Developing self-service tools (prioritizing technology and automation) in partnership with tech and analytics teams to manage supplier risk upfront, streamline data more efficiently, and integrate social responsibility functions into existing technologies to accelerate adoption of human rights requirements across regions.
- Advance scalable business solutions, which ensure compliance with local and global regulations
- Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness
- Develop mechanisms to systematically address recurring business challenges
- Operate with significant autonomy and discretion to influence other internal and external teams, primarily at the enterprise level
