**Collection Supervisor**:
**Your role**:
Reporting to our Finance & Accounting Manager, your key objective is to improve our DSO while safeguarding client’s relationship. While managing a team of 4 FTEs, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Team Management:_
- Develop, implement & monitor appropriate collection strategies
- Supervise the team’s planning to facilitate a regular communication with all internal stakeholders
- Monitor the effective & timely resolution of customer inquiries regarding collections matters
- Process & Reporting:_
- Develop the use of relevant collection functionalities within our ERP
- Implement & develop collection processes & underlying written procedures
- Implement & develop dashboards (Power BI) to ease the collection team’s day-to-day work and to provide synthetic but strategic view (KPI’s) on collection to the management team
- Operational activities:_
- Manage the whole debt collection process for key client accounts
- Manage files externalized to Debt Collector Agencies
- Monitor the accounting reconciliation accounts related to collection

**Your profile**:

- You have a very good command of billing processes and collection best practices
- You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You are result-driven and use to work with ambitious but reachable targets
- You have proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Power BI is a plus
- You have a perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written
