**Your role at Rockids**

The nursery Manager (M/F) will be responsible for the health, well-being and development of the children in the centre and will be the guarantor of the centre's educational project.

Working directly with the Area Manager, the Senior Manager (M/F) will be responsible for the operational management of a facility for children aged 3 months to 4 years, supervised by a team of early childhood professionals.

The role will focus on four main areas:

- Reception, supervision of children and relations with families
- Implementing and respecting the pedagogical project
- Administrative, sales and financial management of the nursery
- Managing a team of childcare professionals.

**We're looking for people who are passionate about education**:

- You have a degree in the field of education, recognised in Luxembourg (recognition and classification of diplomas) and enabling you to take up a managerial post
- You have at least 3 years' successful professional experience in a similar role
- Fluency in French is essential for integration into the team. Fluency in another language is a plus
- You are dynamic, available and show initiative
- You have a proven sense of responsibility and customer service
- As a teacher, you are passionate about the early childhood sector
- You have Montessori training/approach
- You are a good communicator and have a good ability to pass on your ideas and get your team and your contacts on board
- You have a good command of IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
