**Job Description**:
- Assist in the event organization and execution (social events, seminars, conferences)
- Contribute to the external and internal communication plans by drafting and/or reviewing content
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure marketing and communication coordination
- Assist with the update and the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, flyers, biographies, etc.)Ensure brand consistency across all marketing productions
**Qualifications**:
- Master level in Marketing, Communication, Commerce or relevant field
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Previous experience or internship in Marketing would be valued
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge/experience in Finances would be an asset
- Good organization skills; autonomous, proactive and ability to work in a team environment
