- Professional experience in Supply Chain environment with interaction with Business teams and Fulfillment Centers or Manufacturing plants
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of SQL
- Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel and VBA
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills and attention to details are critical to success in this position
- Creative in finding new solutions / designing innovative methods, systems and processes

The Sweden Supply Chain team is looking for a motivated, experienced and talented Business Analyst (f/m). You will contribute to build the future of Amazon in Sweden by analyzing and solving the increasingly complex Supply Chain optimization problems faced by the Region.
Interfacing with Swedish Operations and Retail / Fulfilled by Amazon teams, you will be in charge of improving customer experience and inventory management in a growing environment.

Plan the weekly and daily inbound/outbound forecast for the Sweden FC network.
- Steer the network on a daily basis concerning operational issues with our fulfillment centers, vendors and sellers teams.
- Work closely with the Retail, Fulfilled by Amazon, FC Operations, Transportation teams in areas including Sales and Operations Planning, Placement and Customer Fulfillment.
- Develop deep understanding / technical proficiency on all Supply Chain tools
- Lead complex analysis, develop models and reports to drive key strategic decisions and support implementation on Operations topics across the region
- Proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources, probes/considers all of the facts, takes into account other perspectives; conducts root cause analysis
- Standardize methodologies and findings, develop tools to support the increasing complexity of Sweden's Supply Chain
- Prioritize projects and feature requests, evaluate and set stakeholder expectations
- Partner with EU Supply Chain teams to coordinate initiatives for Swedish market
- Development and execution of network design and optimization strategy to support cost reductions, increase delivery speed and improved delivery experience for Amazon customers
- Development of necessary tools to enable optimal design of network
- Lead regional projects and support implementation on Inbound/Outbound Supply Chain topics that improve the performance and execution
- Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon teams
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong sense of ownership for projects
