On behalf of our client, a global international legal, and financial services company, we are looking for the following profile:
**Manager Legal & Corporate Services (M/F)**

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the clients in order to structure their lease, finance, securitisation, bond issues, holding structures and private equity funds as well as corporate governance
- Guiding clients through more complex legal issues
- Maintaining client list up to date
- Actively managing team members by providing technical support and expertise, management of timesheets and other administrative matters
- Ensuring the communication between the various involved departments (accountants, compliance, finance, etc )
- Check the chargeability target by reviewing the time sheets on a weekly basis
- Weekly meeting with the legal team (planning of the week, deliverables, urgencies, etc)
- Coordination, supervision, and participation in the on-boarding of new clients
- Supervision and delegation of tasks to the COE
- Overseeing the portfolio of more complex clients
- Reviewing of Legal Documents
- In general, assisting the management team to meet the budget as forecasted

**Profile**:
**Profile**
- Degree educated in Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar role either in a law firm, financial industry, experience in a fund management or corporate trust services
- Proven Knowledge in Corporate Law
- Fluency in English is a must - any other language will be a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
