Payments Specialist

On behalf of our client, a service provider in Luxembourg, we are hiring a “Payments Specialist (M/F/d)”.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Taking care of all payment deliverables including policies and deadlines are met
- Focusing on the administration of client’s holding companies and fund structures under the direction of a client relationship manager
- Identifying areas of process improvement and discuss with line manager to implement the same
- Preparing analysis and proactively handling the billing process
- Implementing new banking systems and coordinating new bank accounts openings
- Supervising and coaching the team of payment officers
- Managing bank accounts of the client to adhere positive balances

**Your profile**:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Excellent in English, German, French or any other European language would be an advantage
- Good understanding of the administration of holding companies as well as limited partnerships
- Advanced computer literacy skills are necessary
- Experience with the general banking experience
