Residential Consultant

**Your mission**

CBRE “Residential Investment Properties” department offers expertise in every aspect of the Professional Residential Property Investment sector, advising major residential investment deals for institutional investors as well as smaller deals acquired by private investors.

As consultant in the Residential department, you take part of our strategy to continually make our business evolve, and answer our clients’ needs and market requirements. Our expansion into this segment of the real estate sector will enable us to further enhance our service offering for the benefit of our extensive domestic and international client base.

You will be part of a team of 2 people.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Acquire new assignments in close cooperation with others business line.
- Assist buyers and sellers in purchasing and selling real estate property
- Select and show properties that meet clients’ needs, identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way
- Advise clients from initial contact through contract to close, providing counsel on market conditions, prices, and financial options
- Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy
- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis

**Your profile**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
- Significant residential experience in Luxembourg
- In depth knowledge of the Luxembourgish real estate market and good local network

**Your skills**
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good team spirit and commercial skills
- Languages: English and French mandatory. German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset
