**What you will do:
You will work in CTO Finishing of ArcelorMittal Europe Flat Products in a team of experts for Finishing processes and technology. You will support the preparation of strategic cycles of ArcelorMittal Flat Europe within focusing on market demand and asset optimization considering Capex MYP. You will support and guide strategic and key projects by defining business cases, building storylines, defining market framing and profitability. The development of footprint decision based on market MYP as well as the development of financial models of investment projects will belong to Your tasks. You support the development of the key strategic investments, when entering in the phase of implementation. You represent CTO and give guidance for the consistency of business development with commitment in investments submission (volumes/costing).

You will have to structure the files, bring the business story line in collaboration with stake holders, make the link with commercial teams, structure the profitability of the files in collaboration with finance team and involve R&D for the product development plan when needed. You support the clusters and challenge the technical content of the projects. You give any needed support to the clusters to build strategic and key project investment files with Your technical expertise.

You will lead the Finishing R&D process portfolio and the value creation reporting of R&D activities realized for FE (coordinate discussions with Tax department when needed).

You will work in close collaboration with other CTO departments as well as marketing, financial, engineering, Capex units and R&D.

**Your profile**:

- Master degree in a technical direction
- Professional experience of several years in steel industry
- Professional English speaker
- Technological knowledge and process expertise of steel making processes
- Knowledge of financial basics
- Strong strategic thinking
