Job description

To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, the Crew Department is currently seeking to hire a full-time Flight Operations Coordinator. This department is in charge of ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of our Crew Members.
- Develop and maintain crew schedules, taking into account crew availability, flight requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Online Training: Please ensure that all mandatory training is completed within the given deadlines.
- Duty Tracking: Accurate tracking of crew duty hours to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Audit Preparation: preparing for upcoming authority audits. make sure all relevant documents and procedures are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure crew members are properly trained and qualified for assigned flights
- Book flight and train tickets as well as hotel reservation
- Monitor crew utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize crew resources
- Handle crew changes, including replacements and substitutions, in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with crew members regarding their schedules, ensuring they are aware of any changes or updates

Job requirements
- Prior experience in crew planning or a similar role within the aviation industry
- Proficiency in using crew planning software and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- Willingness to do shift work including nights & weekend
- Fluent in English
