Haut-Commissariat à la protection nationale

**Missions**:

- Analyse d'incidents de cybersécurité;
- Analyse de vulnérabilités;
- Analyse de code malware;
- Représentation à des conférences nationales et internationales;
- Coordination de la mise en place de services techniques offerts par le CERT;
- Coordination et réponse à des incidents majeurs;
- Participation à l'assurance d'un service de permanence.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Connaissances transversales en matière de SSI;
- Expérience en matière d'analyse de vulnérabilités, d'audit applicatif et d'analyse de malware;
- Analyse d'incidents du domaine de la cybersécurité;
- Connaissances en programmation (bash, C, c++, python, java, javascript, etc.);
- Maîtrise des système d'exploitation Windows, Linux (Android, OS X étant un atout);
- Capacités d'analyse de vulnérabilités;
- Capacités d'analyse de code malware;
- Maîtrise des méthodes de collecte de preuves;
- Capacités d'apprentissage technique rapide;
- Connaissances dans le domaine de la protection des données à caractère personnel;
- Bon réseau relationnel international dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la réponse à des incidents;
- Langues: LU, FR, EN, DE.

**Compétences comportementales**
- Capacités analytiques;
- Résilience dans des situtations de stress;
- Bon esprit d'équipe et qualités relationnelles;
- Eligible à l'obtention d'une habilitation de sécurité.

**Atouts**
- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des CERTs/CSIRTs;
- Spécialisation en sécurité IT;
- Capacités rédactionnelles.

**Le poste peut être brigué sous le statut du fonctionnaire ou de l’employé de l’État.**

**Diplômes**

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master en informatique ou de son équivalent.

**Langues**

Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1.

**Nationalité**

Vous avez la nationalité luxembourgeoise.

**Le titulaire devra obtenir une habilitation de sécurité du niveau secret (loi modifiée du 15 juin 2004 relative à la classification des pièces et aux habilitations de sécurité)
