Senior Trade Marketer

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our
**Luxembourg office**, you will be reporting to our
**Marketing Director EMEA** and you will have the responsibility for the timely set-up, execution and localization of marketing activities and campaigns
**for the Automotive Replacement Division.**
- You will oversee the EMEA region while directly being in charge of **Eastern Europe and of our Key Accounts**:

- On top of the above, you will lead and coach a team of 2 junior Trade Marketers.
- This is a critical position for Gates as you will develop compelling communication, customer awareness and education programs (e.g. Trade Shows), which support and sell the organization's capabilities, products and services.

**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Defining in close relation to the AR Marketing Manager advertising objectives, recommending choice of media, and allocating internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience
- Aligning regional roll-out of campaigns with local sales resources and stays in close contact to the central marketing team to provide the ideal alignment of markets and the internal organization.
- Identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales, technical and marketing & communications teams
- Overseeing and directing market and competitor analysis programs. Strategizing and creating brand image and awareness programs that are distinctive and highlight our unique products.
- Creating marketing reports that track, measure and analyze performance that includes external customer satisfaction via effective customer surveys and analysis of internal customer relationship management data and tools.
- Managing the promotional expense (Co-op) budget as well as the campaign budget
- Developing lead generation programs which maximize the identification of new products and sales opportunities.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 7 of years of progressive experience including a strong exposure to a B-to-B marketing environment
- Excellent communication skills to build good relations with customers and internal contacts.
- Good commercial judgement and ability to get results and answers to questions on a timely basis with sometimes limited resources.
- Good Microsoft skills in particular on Excel with a thorough analytical background.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office Adobe Indesign is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral. German is considered a strong asset
