**Your challenge**:

- Participate in day-to-day operations;
- Project involvement;
- Improving/reliability of systems;
- Participation in Level 3 ticket processing;
- Write documentation;
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams, particularly Endpoint.

- Professional awareness of the environment in which you will operate : critical financial sector, high SLAs, quality of service to users;
- Respect for existing administrative procedures and organization;
- Documentation writing and knowledge transfer skills;
- **Fluency in French** & English, with knowledge of Luxembourgish an asset;
- SCCM/MECM expert (real-life, day-to-day corporate experience);
- Technical knowledge : Windows Server expert (2016-2022) / PowerShell expert / Packaging / Security and cybersecurity practices in Microsoft environments/ PatchMyPC / SCOM / VMware & VMware Horizon / Network, DNS, Webproxy, Firewall.
- _A background check within the framework PSF will be requested upon hiring (criminal record, Education degrees, diplomas & certifications)_
