**Your missions**

As a Senior Relationship Manager - Investment Funds, you will be responsible for managing Luxembourg-based companies. Your duties will include:

- Manage the periodic and year-end financial closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports
- Prepare and review Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax filings.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Net Asset Value (NAV) production process across a wide range of financial and accounting tasks.
- Handle inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, while addressing internal accounting-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients in the private equity and real estate fund industry to meet specific reporting needs.
- Maintain and update the Investor register and manage the capital table.
- Prepare and submit CSSF reporting, as well as AIFMD and BCL reporting.
- Provide regular reporting on client requirements and demands.
- Contribute actively to internal projects and process improvements.

**Your ideal profile**
- Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
- 4-5 years of professional experience in the fund industry, ideally including audit firms or similar roles.
- Proven experience in NAV calculations and NAV production.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative.
- Organized and methodical, with strong prioritization and workload management skills.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project

- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
