Our client is a rapidly growing investment firm located near the Belgium border, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Tax Compliance Specialist** to join our finance team. This position **offers excellent growth potential**, with the opportunity to progress into a **managerial role** and lead our tax compliance department.

As a Senior Tax Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring our company's adherence to Luxembourg tax laws and regulations. You will play a vital role in managing complex tax matters and providing strategic** tax guidance to support our financial objectives.**

**Senior Tax Compliance - Your responsibilities**:

- Manage all tax compliance activities, including the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis, staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and senior management, to ensure tax compliance and optimize tax planning strategies.
- Review and oversee the work of junior tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Assist in developing and implementing tax policies and procedures to enhance overall tax compliance efficiency.

**Senior Tax Compliance - Your profile**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience in tax compliance**, with a strong focus on Luxembourg taxation.
- Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg tax laws and regulations, including cross-border tax matters.
- Fluent in **French and English**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
