Situé stratégiquement **proche de la frontière belge**, ce poste est l'opportunité idéale pour un/e personne souhaitant conjuguer carrière de haut niveau et confort de trajet, tout en évitant les contraintes du centre-ville.

**Votre Rôle**:
En tant que leader de la seconde ligne de défense, vous n'êtes pas seulement un gardien des règles, mais un véritable partenaire business. Sous la responsabilité du Head of Operations, vous orchestrez la sécurité et l'intégrité des opérations:

- **Vision Stratégique**: Vous concevez, pilotez et faites évoluer le programme de surveillance (CMP) pour anticiper les mutations du marché.
- **Expertise Multidimensionnelle**: Vous devenez le référent sur des sujets de pointe tels que l'AIFMD, MiFID II, DORA, et la réglementation MiCA sur les crypto-actifs.
- **Maîtrise Opérationnelle**: Vous supervisez les cadres KYC, KYA (actifs) et concevez le design du monitoring de transactions (KYT).
- **Liaison de Haut Niveau**: Vous incarnez la firme auprès de la CSSF, de l'AED et de l'OEC, et assurez le reporting stratégique auprès du Board.

**Le Profil recherché**:
Notre client recherche un talent capable d'allier rigueur technique et vision humaine:

- **Expert du Luxembourg**: Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide (5 à 10 ans) en conformité, idéalement acquise en AIFM ou cabinet d'avocats.
- **Maître de la Réglementation**: Les cadres AML/CTF, les exigences OEC et les circulaires CSSF n'ont aucun secret pour vous.
- **Tourné vers l'avenir**: Vous avez une appétence pour l'automatisation et les outils modernes (Power BI, macros) pour optimiser les processus.
- **Bilingue**: Vous communiquez avec aisance en Anglais et en Français.
