Our Corporate department advises major domestic and international companies, and private equity houses on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions. In the context of the continuous development of our activities and to provide support to our lawyers, we are recruiting a Stagiaire PPI/Elève avocat (M/F) Duration: 6-month internship covered by an EFB internship agreement Hours: 40 hours per week What will you do Some of the various responsibilities during your internship will include: Assisting lawyers regarding group restructuring and refinancing, private equity and real estate transactions as well as merger and acquisitions Assisting in preparation of various agreements and issuing legal opinions and memorandum regarding international transactions Drafting and reviewing corporate documents and contracts Conducting legal research Updating internal templates What are we looking for You hold a Master's degree in law; You have performed one or several internships, ideally in international law firms; You have a perfect command of English and French, both written and spoken (German and/or Luxembourgish are considered strong asset); You demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with excellent drafting skills; You are open-minded and are able to show team spirit, commitment to quality service as well as the ability to adapt easily.
