**The opportunity**:
We are currently looking for Maintenance and Engineering Leader GMS to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:

- Improve safety, reliability, quality, environmental footprint and total operating cost of machines and installations at GMS, while permanently ensuring compliance of equipment with legal and Goodyear requirements.
- Manage engineering budget and improve overall cost of reliability of the equipment (maintenance budget, Capex execution, spare part management, service contracts, obsolescence).
- Improve Maintenance Team capacity, skills and capabilities and implement the right balance of insourced / outsourced capabilities and services.
- Design, plan and supervise projects (Capex/Opex) to improve safety, quality, capacity and capability of equipment as a function of development of legal or customer requirements, or product characteristics.
- Ensure equipment and facility compliance with legal, environmental, and Goodyear standards while improving safety, reliability, quality, and overall environmental performance.
- Lead facility management operations, ensuring optimal performance of building infrastructure (HVAC, utilities, lighting, energy systems, etc.) and alignment with sustainability and regulatory requirements.

**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field (master degree is preferred).

**Languages**:
Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage.

**Experience**:
5+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience in leading capital investment project (equipment / facility /...).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, civil, IT and automation.
