Luther employs 420 lawyers and tax advisors and is present in 10 German economic centers and has 11 international offices in European and Asian financial centers.

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to support the growth of our Corporate/M&A Department in Luxembourg.

**Your tasks**:

- Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and refinancings, venture capital transactions, etc.;
- Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents, in particular capacity and enforceability legal opinions;
- Managing and coaching the corporate team members;
- Coordinating legal researches;
- Participating actively in the business development needs of the firm

**Your profile**:

- Experience: At least 6 years of experience practicing Corporate law;
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
- Languages: Fluent in English and French;
- Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication skills.
