**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Lead The Seven, ensuring all members act in the best interest of Vought and the nation.
- Public Relations: Serve as the face of Vought's superhero lineup. Engage in public appearances, interviews, and other PR events to maintain a positive public image.
- Endorsements & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing department for brand endorsements, movie deals, and merchandise.
- Training: Maintain peak physical and mental condition. Also, mentor and train newer superheroes under Vought's banner.
- Mission Reporting: Provide detailed reports of all missions, encounters, and potential PR issues.
- Research & Development Support: Assist R&D teams in testing new compounds, serums, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Superhuman abilities including but not limited to flight, super strength, X-ray vision, and laser eyes.
- Exceptional leadership qualities and experience leading a team.
- Charismatic public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of conflict resolution, both on and off the battlefield.
- Ability to handle classified information with discretion.
- Deep commitment to Vought's vision and goals.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Previous experience dealing with supervillains.
- Crisis management and negotiation skills.
