infeurope S.A. is looking for an **English speaking Tendering Consultant** (M/F/D) to join as part of the Bid Management team.

Your primary responsibility will be to write high quality bid responses for new tenders from a variety of European Institutions. You will be a part of the bid response process, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of ‘standard’ answers and templates, as well as identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process.

The role is based in Luxembourg-Bertrange but applicants must be fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills. Furthermore, they will require a strong ability to analyse technical concepts and tender questions, as well as providing clear concise responses whilst working to tight deadlines and challenging targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Compile, edit, and proof read proposals which contain technical content ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
- Review and revise documents prepared by others (often non-native speakers) and coordinate the preparation of these materials in a completed bid document.
- Determine the scope and timeline of new bids.
- Coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the client’s needs.
- Develop knowledge of the different European Institutions, their standards and services by reviewing previous bid.

**Your Profile**
- Recently graduated with an honours degree or with a first professional experience. The degree can be in any domain, but Journalism, Communications, Sciences or similar writing focused degrees as well ITC degrees will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player, both with colleagues as well as with external partners.
- Any additional language is always a plus (e.g. French and/or German).
- Creative thinker able to imagine innovative solutions for a given task.
