It has always innovated to meet the growing challenges of a rapidly changing, powerful and diversified sector, with a range of professions, skills, and interpersonal skills for which our client supports his employees to make them evolve. and reveal new talents **Job description**: - Structuring and day-to-day management of various social and environmental impact-oriented funds and other investment vehicles - Assisting clients in their day-to-day transactions - Ensuring the introduction and follow-up of files with national clients in order to obtain approvals and favourable opinions allowing the investment funds to be set up - Listening to clients and providing legal advice on their projects - Participating in the development and visibility of our social and environmental impact activity by taking part in conferences, working groups, and volunteer projects **Profile**: - European qualified lawyer with more than 5 years of experience - You are well-organized and able to work in an autonomous manner and with a team - You are open-minded and keen to have missions with social impacts - You are fluent in written and spoken French and English - You have exceptional networking and analytical skills - Experience and a keen interest in structuring, formation, taxation and regulation of all types of investment funds for investment in all types of asset classes including alternative asset classes such as real estate, debt, derivatives and other alternative financial instruments, private equity, infrastructure and green energy type investments as well as more traditional asset classes ** Our recruitment process** Time saving: We will only contact you if your profile meets the needs of the position to be filled. - Are you selected?
