We are happy to assist this human sized entity of 30 employees, having grown naturally on the Luxembourgish market, in their search of a new Head of Compliance.
Created over 10 years ago, this structure has wanted to aim on a quality-oriented service in terms of accounting, tax and domiciliation more than quantity. Today, the PFS has over 200 stable SOPARFI/Holding/Funds clients and has developed very long-term collaborations with them.
Furthermore, internally, long term relationships are also very important : indeed, the team is particularly stable and the staff turnover is almost nonexistent. This allows for you, as a Head of Compliance, to count on stability within your function but also with your colleagues.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance - CSSF - Management

You supervise, initiate and update AML/CFT/Compliance procedures and strategies for the firm ;
You oversee the Compliance Team and drive successful reporting, remediation plans and cross-over functions with other business units and the board of Directors ;
Development, monitoring, and updating of Company policies and practices in accordance with CSSF criteria ;
Assistance in the identification, review, and reporting of relevant KPIs to the Board of Directors ;
Creation of thorough reports for the Board of Directors and the MLRO of the Luxembourg office ;
Participation to both internal and external audits and acting as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities (CSSF, CRF)

Profile and Career Path | Compliance - CSSF - Management

As Head of Compliance, you have at least 5 years of experience or more within the compliance department of a fiduciary, PFS, Big Four or service provider in Luxembourg.

Fluency in English is required, and is also more than sufficient for this structure. Knowledge of any other language will be an advantage.

You have ideally been exposed to regulated entities over the years and areautonomous on working with this type of client.

Having obtained additional training certificates such as M1/M2/M3 will be a serious advantage. If you do not have these yet but are motivated to obtain them, then this is the right company for you

Excellent salary up to € 110.000 gross per year, depending on your experience and skill set.
