For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an IN-HOUSE LEGAL TRAINEE. We offer a dynamic and international corporate atmosphere.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- You will be working with the in-house legal department for Alter Domus’ all service lines in the region (Luxembourg and Continental Europe);
- Supporting the in-house legal department in providing day-to-day advice on a broad range of legal matters, including regulatory, litigation, IP/It (i.e. data protection, trademark and brand management), real estate, corporate/commercial law and contract law;
- Contribute to updating legal documentation, including template service agreements;
- Monitoring or advising on legislative and regulatory changes affecting the business’ service offering.
- Participating in the life of a cross-departmental and dynamic team.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You hold or you are finalising a Master degree in Law completed eventually by postgraduate studies in corporate law, commercial law or international law;
- You have a good knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg, Belgian and/or French corporate and commercial law. Luxembourg regulatory environment knowledge (CSSF requirements ) is an asset;
- You are a high-energy, results-oriented person exhibiting a natural drive. You possess the highest personal and professional integrity and have an eye for detail;
- You are fluent in French and have an excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of German is an advantage;
- You have excellent verbal communication and drafting skills;
- You have excellent legal risk awareness and ability to work collaboratively.
