**Overview**:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operations within the Transfer Management team. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service, maintaining risk control, and fostering operational excellence through effective communication and team leadership. You’ll act as a critical link between local and offshore teams, helping drive performance, resolve issues, and enhance processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and validate daily business checklists.
- Support the team supervisor and act as backup when required.
- Monitor daily dashboards for investments and invoices.
- Supervise cash monitoring and resolve cash breaks.
- Ensure compliance with Annual Ownership Verification procedures and internal audits (e.g., ISAE3402).
- Coordinate fund events and setups.
- Manage and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Serve as the main internal contact for TM and cash activities.
- Participate in client meetings, onboarding sessions, and due diligence processes.
- Contribute to ongoing projects (e.g., system reviews and client-driven enhancements).
- Uphold control standards within the Production Assurance Team.
- Join mandatory weekly calls and issue log reviews.
- Foster effective communication across teams and with clients.
- Ensure seamless client service by maintaining high internal process standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A university or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
- 4-6 years of experience in fund administration operations.
- Solid understanding of the funds industry, fund documentation, and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with key fund administration systems.
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
