Your Job What You Will Do
- Mentor and coach the Key Account Managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Setting clear targets and ensuring effective execution of sales plans
- Develop and implement the commercial strategies for the combustion business in different regions in Europe, aligning with broader business goals and ET&S Vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, global capabilities, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for commercial initiatives.
- Address operational bottlenecks to facilitate growth and improve performance in the designated regions. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Experience in leading commercial team.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience in the industry (Refining, Petrochemical).
- Educational background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
