Based in Luxembourg, you will join a dynamic team supporting
- **Private Assets Transaction activities**.**Your role**:
- Analyse transactions and events
- Process all transaction linked to Private Equity and Real Estate investments in our banking system in accordance with internal processes and deadlines(Subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, capital increases, etc.)
- Reconcile and allocate cash credits
- Instruct cash payments
- Control internal accounts
- Understand the needs of an international client base (Switzerland, Luxembourg and other Pictet entities abroad)
- Ability to escalate issues properly and on time
**Your profile**:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Law, Business and/or Economics
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in Private Equity and Real Estate Operations
- Good organisational abilities in order to meet deadlines, ability to handle multiple tasks and to cope with pressure
- Knowledge of IT systems (Efront, Avaloq) and Office suite
- Rigorous, autonomous, and team player
- Client oriented and solution provider
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills
- Thorough, rigorous and structured, you demonstrate curiosity and a true attention to customer satisfaction. You enjoy being part of a team, working closely with team members located across different locations.**Note**:
