Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field - Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with SQL or ETL

The EU EF Operations Excellence is looking for a self-driven, insightful, results-oriented Business Analyst with strong analytical skills to partner with the EU Operations teams and develop new analytical methods/KPIs(Performance, Quality, Compliance...) to help the leadership execute strategic decisions based on data. As an integral part of the Ops Excellence Team, The Business Analyst should be able to identify patterns and trends within data and should have the ability to convert pieces of data into meaningful stories to drive decision making. This position will enable high judgment, excellent analytical abilities and understanding of the business processes. If you are passionate about customer obsession, detail oriented, and systematically break down problems with ease, we would love to speak with you Key job responsibilities - Analyzing and solving business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities. - Interfacing with business and operations to gather and present data. - Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. - Designing new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability. - Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
