About Artec 3D

**Tasks**:

- Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors and contractors, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions, including legal risks identification in areas of sales, support, procurement, finance, R&D, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various legal matters related to the company's business.
- Handle legal documentation and facilitate smooth legal workflows, ensuring efficient paper flow and record-keeping.
- Assist in trademark registration and the identification and safeguarding of internal IP assets.
- Advise internal stakeholders on IP matters, including licensing terms and NDA drafting/review.
- Ensure compliance with the GDPR directive, including reviewing and maintaining the internal GDPR policy and ensuring its implementation across departments.
- Participate in drafting and reviewing internal policies and compliance procedures to align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with corporate legal tasks related to the Artec group of companies.
- Support corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining company records and preparing board meeting minutes.
- Assist senior lawyers in drafting legal documents, preparing cases, and handling other legal tasks.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations to understand business needs and protect the company's interests in collaboration with senior lawyers.
