The **Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences** (FHSE) brings together expertise from the humanities, linguistics, cognitive sciences, social and educational sciences. People from across 20 disciplines are working within the Faculty. Along with the **disciplinary** approach a very ambitious interdisciplinary research culture has been developed.

The faculty’s research and teaching focuses on **social, economic, political **and** educational** issues with the common goal of contributing to an inclusive, open and resourceful society. The FHSE offers six Bachelor and twenty Master degrees and a doctoral school providing students with the necessary knowledge and high-qualified skills to succeed in their future career.

**Your Role...**:
**Responsibilities**
- Collect and analyze research related data (mainly interviews and case studies)
- Contribute to reports and other publications
- Engage in the dissemination of results to stakeholders
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks
- Organize and participate in project-related events
- Collaborate with all project members and partners

**What we expect from you**:

- Masters’ degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Educational Sciences, or a related field
- Knowledge of qualitative research methods
- **Excellent oral and written competences in French or German are mandatory**, knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
- Motivation to work with teachers and other actors in the educational field
- Ambition to conduct high-level research in the field of (inclusive) education
- Ability to work independently, strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure, communication & cooperation skills
- Knowledge of and familiarity with Luxembourg’s educational system is considered an advantage
